Architectural Rendering

As of yet, I haven’t added any process pictures in my Portfolio posts - I do this because I usually save those photos for Instagram. However, I did an Architectural Rendering for a client/friend this year and process photos are all that I have! Unless I was to upload 4 photos of the same drawing (I only considered doing that for the briefest of moments). 

A Real Estate agent asked me to do this rendering for a house they had on the market. They needed a viewpoint from a (yet to be remodeled) kitchen of this GORGEOUS, original-to-the-home, wrought iron staircase to help the prospective buyers envision the possibilities. The drawing took me about a week to complete and it was a joyful experience - I had fun re-familiarizing myself with watercolor and ink! Honestly, I can’t wait to do it again.
