Birthday Celebration!

Birthdays are so cool, I’ve loved them my whole life. They feel like a holiday second only to Christmas in my mind. 2019 is a big year for my family, lots of milestone birthdays. First up this year was my brother, who turned 40. His wonderful wife threw him a huge birthday party with their favorite food, music and friends. Aaaaaand of course, I got to do the decorating *rubs hands together with glee.* We went with a color palette inspired by the venue, and chose a theme of “Cogs and Gears” that had elements of both the industry and the intelligence always displayed by my brother. This was a stressful job, mainly because of the time crunch - we had two weeks from concept to result. I worked night and day and required LOTS of help from family and friends, but we pulled it off!
